Personal Consultation

At NewTide, we know that every client is unique, as is their business. In order to successfully implement a solution into your current marketing strategy, we must understand who you are, where you are, and where you want to go. Before a single design is built, our consultants personally discuss your specific goals, and offer strategies on how to accomplish them. We'll gather all the "pieces of the puzzle" from our conversations, your current marketing materials, and any other materials you wish to provide. If you don't have any current materials, we'll help you fill in the blanks!

Client Analysis and Quoting

Based on this initial consultation, our experts will analyze your wants and needs, and the content to support them. Since our packages were assembled based on experience, many design projects fit right in to one of our easy-to-understand website design packages. Based on our findings, we can recommend the appropriate design package as a starting point for your design. However, we realize your company may have specific needs that may require extra attention. We'll factor this in to a specific, well outlined quote and proposal, detailing the specifications of your project, and the timeline required to complete it.

Construction and Client Reviews

Once you agree to the quote, we get to work. The proposal will outline various stages of development where you'll have the opportunity to review and approve the design while it's being built. This affords you the chance to make significant changes to the design and/or content before launch at no additional cost to you, ensuring your satisfaction.

Lift Off!

Once all phases of construction and implementation are complete, your design is delivered in the medium specified, and a master copy is delivered to you on CD-ROM.
